タイトル: Dried-Cherry Lattice Pie / ドライチェリーのラティスパイ

Sweet, soft perfumed aromas of orange and cardamom soaked brioche buns, dried cherry lattice pie with vanilla bean whipped cream, as well as cinder toffee, honey drizzle cake and finally lemon tart with Cape gooseberry compote made this quite an experience. So was the taste; pineapple dessert with sour cream, creamy salted caramel fudge and plenty of charred oak.
Water changed the nose somewhat; antique wood furniture, orange liqueur, a little ginger and freshly grated coconut. The taste was now of green apples, salt and pepper as well as liquorice and in the finish slightly bitter green tea.
サワークリームを添えたパイナップルのデザート、クリーミーな塩キャラメルファッジ、そして沢山の焦げたオーク。加水すると香りが幾分か変化した − アンティークの木製家具、オレンジリキュール、少しの生姜、すりおろしたてのココナッツ。味は青リンゴ、塩コショウになり、リコリスもあって、フィニッシュにはやや苦い緑茶。
