Record of Order

After your order has been completed online, you will receive a message detailing the goods you have ordered with the amount purchased.

DISPATCH

The goods ordered are usually dispatched within three business days of receipt of your order, unless otherwise mentioned.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Credit Card

Credit card transaction via ROBOT PAYMENT.
Please enter your credit card details when you place an order.

Cash on Delivery "Daibiki"

Please pay to the driver in cash when you receive the goods. We cover the "Daibiki" charge.

Bank Transfer

Dispatch will be after we confirm your payment.
We ask that you make payment 4 business days before you wish to receive the goods. 

RETURN

  • The goods ordered cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged, or not as per your order. Should the goods you received fall into any of the above categories, please let us know by phone or by e-mail (InfoJapan@smws.com) within three business days of receipt of the goods. We will have them replaced and cover the cost for you to ship back the goods you originally received. Please be sure to contact us at the above e-mail address before you return the goods.
  • Opened bottles cannot be returned, unless they are defective.
  • We do not take any responsibility for any damage/breakage attributed to your poor storage after receipt of the goods.
